Wendy Galgan is a Lecturer in the Department of English at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.
She is also a Ph.D. candidate at the CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan, planning to defend her dissertation during the Fall 2008 semester.

Academic Interests
Wendy's areas of interest include women's poetry, contemporary American poetry, women's studies, pop culture studies, film studies, and genre literature (SF, horror, alternate history). She is a published poet currently at work on her first collection of poetry.
