We are located right across from the pond on the Gregory Hiking Trail.
From Boothbay Center:
Keep right at the Civil War Monument. Go straight through the 4-way stop and drive past the Post Office (on your left). This is Corey Lane. Take your first right after the Post Office, which is Barter’s Island Road. Go over the bridge by Knickercane Island. You will see a road just before Hodgdon Island Inn – this is Sawyers Island Road. If you come to the Trevett Store, you have gone too far. Turn left onto Sawyers Island Road. Drive approximately .7 miles. You will pass Mary Anne Road, Isle of Springs Road and Arrowhead Road, all on your right. At the bottom of the hill after Arrowhead Road, you will see a gray cape on the right-hand side. This is 175 Sawyers Island Road.
From Boothbay Harbor:
Head toward Southport on Route 27. At the “Four Corners” by the Coast Guard Station, make a right on to Lakeside Drive. After about a mile and a half, turn left on to Samoset Road. Samoset Road becomes Sawyers Island Road when it crosses from Boothbay Harbor into Boothbay. Less than a half-mile after that, just past a road marked “Island View Road/Private Way,” you will see on your left a gray cape with a barn next to it. This is 175 Sawyers Island Road.
Parking may be tight (and gas is still expensive), so car pool if you can!
